Alcohol use during pregnancy is a common area of concern for expectant women. Patients receive multiple opinions from relatives and friends about whether or not she should indulge in drinking alcohol during pregnancy. The pregnant woman needs advice from an expert and considers her healthcare provider as the trusted source. These videos from the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) Prevention Project provide guidance about counseling women regarding alcohol use in pregnancy for ob-gyns and women’s health care providers.
